These terms apply when you engage Nexara Digital ("we", "us", "our") for Google Business Profile management, TripAdvisor listing management, social media management, review-funnel tools, or related services. By working with us, you agree to the terms below.

Services

We offer a one-time Quick Fix (listing correction and setup), monthly subscription plans (Visible, Growth, Pro), and optional add-ons (chatbot & automation, OTA listing management). Exact deliverables for each plan are described on our pricing page and may be refined together with you before work begins.

No long-term contracts

Monthly plans are billed month to month. You can cancel at any time — there's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period already paid.

Setup fees

Monthly plans include a one-time $49 setup fee. If you've already purchased the Quick Fix, this fee is waived when you upgrade to a monthly plan.

Payment

Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed directly with you before work begins. Prices listed on our website are in USD and may be updated from time to time; any change will not affect an active subscription until you're notified.

What we need from you

To deliver our services, we typically need access to your Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor account, and/or social media accounts. You're responsible for providing accurate business information and timely access; delays on your end may delay delivery.

Content & platform policies

We do our best to follow the content and review policies of Google, TripAdvisor, and social platforms. However, these platforms set and change their own rules, and we can't guarantee specific rankings, review outcomes, or that content will never be removed or flagged by a platform beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. Nexara Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including changes made by third-party platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, Meta, TikTok, OTAs) that are outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
